Summer meet ups
Merseyside Women’s Movement will be hosting informal social meets discussing women’s issues, campaigns and politics throughout the summer, held at the Clove Hitch on Hope Street from 6pm onwards. The dates are as follows: Tuesday 28th June, Wednesday 20th July Thursday 18th August. All women welcome.
Centenary March for 100 years of IWD!
Join us on the 12th march for a march through Liverpool city centre to celebrate 100 years of international women’s day! Meet at St George’s Plateau at 12.30 , we set off at 1 p.m and finnish in the Bluecoat at 2 p.m.
Fundrasing Event for ‘That Takes Ovaries!’ 22 Feb
Come and Join us for an evening of documnetaries, live music and fund raising fun! oh and cake. Music includes Jo Bywater. 7.30 onwards in ‘the Box’ at FACT, Wood Street. All money raised will go towards Merseyside Women’s Movement’s porduction of ‘That Takes Ovaries!’ which is raising money for RASA and Sreepur Village.
