Celebrating Women In Film – International Womens Day
Learn about female film stars, Hattie McDaniels to Dorothy Dandridge who inspired such stars as Angela Bassett to Halle Berry by paving the way for black women in the film industry today.
Screening: Soul Food / For Colored Girls
An informal seminar/lecture and film series focusing on black film and black film-makers.
The screenings are in the Campaign Zone, first Wednesday of every month.
