LIVERPOOL CROWN COURT CASE RE BNP MEMBER PETER TIERNY - MONDAY 15thMARCH 9am
There is a very important court case being held at Liverpool Crown Court which starts on Monday 15th March when Peter Tierney an active BNP member faces charges of assault.
Again, a leading member of MCARF and two others are key witnesses. All three are members of Unite – 2 with 6/522 and the other with the Clerical branch at University of Liverpool.
MCARF THEREFORE REQUEST ALL TRADE UNIONS AND ANTI RACISTS/FASCISTS TO ATTEND THE DEMO AGAINST THE BNP AND TO SUPPORT THE 3 WITNESSES FROM 9am ON MONDAY 15TH MARCH.
This is the first time in Liverpool that a senior member of the BNP has been charged with violence and we therefore imagine that the BNP will organise a turnout to support their fascist member Peter Tierney.
